To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betway, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform.
In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, account balance, or application of these Terms, you must first contact Betway Customer Support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be escalated to binding arbitration rather than litigated in court. Any arbitration will be conducted confidentially in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Furthermore, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which you are accessing the localized Betway platform (e.g., the laws of the State of New Jersey for users playing on the NJ portal), excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms that is not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within that specific jurisdiction, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
